  When you upload data or submit a data URL, it is used solely to process your search request. It is deleted immediately after the results are returned. It is not stored, analyzed for secondary purposes, used to train machine learning models, or shared with any third party.
• Technical Data
  Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and request timestamp. This data is used solely for security monitoring and abuse prevention. It is not linked to your searches or used to identify you.
• No Account Data
  Searchly.app does not require registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or payment information.

2. How We Use Data

We use the data we collect only to:

• Maintain the security and integrity of the service
• Diagnose technical issues

3. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Data may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

  Hosting and CDN partners process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. They have no independent right to use your data.
