Refund Policy

1. Current Service Status

Searchly.app is free to use. No payment is required to run a reverse image search. There is nothing to refund under normal use.

2. Erroneous Charges

If you have been charged in connection with searchly.app, whether through a billing error, third-party reseller, or any other source — contact us within 15 days of the transaction at support@searchly.app with the following:

  • Transaction date and amount
  • Payment method used
  • A brief description of the charge
We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you did not authorize a charge and suspect your payment information was compromised, contact your bank or card issuer immediately to dispute the transaction.

Notify us at support@searchly.app in parallel so we can assist with the investigation.

We are not liable for unauthorized charges originating outside our platform.

4. Future Paid Plans

If searchly.app introduces paid plans or premium features, a full refund policy — including eligibility windows, non-refundable conditions, and the claims process — will be published here before any charges are made. No paid plan will go live without a corresponding refund policy in place.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

(applicable when paid plans are introduced)

The following will not be eligible for refunds:

  • Plans purchased at a discounted or promotional rate
  • One-time purchases or add-ons
  • Requests submitted outside the stated refund window
  • Usage already consumed at the time of the request

6. Service Cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service without refund if a user violates the Terms of Service, abuses the platform, or engages in activity reported by law enforcement.
